In 2009, Joanna Bailey Weddings of Denver, put together the chance of a lifetime for one military couple in the U.S. Active military couples were to write in with their personal story as an entry, to be considered. The winner got a dream- come -true wedding! Virlena McUne was the stylist chosen to do the bride’s hair for the important day. When Kendra and Curtis were announced as the winning couple, they flew into Denver from their home in North Carolina. Joanna saw to it that no detail was left out. With perfection as a requirement, the bride’s look included an heirloom piece that had been in her family for many generations. The pictures will remind them all of what a perfect day it was.
